READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Upon purchasing, you agree with all of our policies listed below.
When purchasing, you must add a mould kit to your basket as well as the desired grillz you want. The full price paid at checkout is counted as your deposit. This deposit is used to purchase the required materials needed for your grillz. You may lose this deposit if you decide to cancel or change your order after the materials have already been purchased.
We are not responsible for any damage to your grillz after being delivered nor are we responsible for any damage to your gums or teeth. There is always a risk of gum damage when wearing grillz in general but we fit the caps to your teeth perfectly to prevent this as much as possible. Please seek professional dental advice if necessary.
Our grillz are to be treated as any other jewellery you wear. We recommend that you remove them before eating and remove them before sleeping. We also recommend that you remove then daily to clean them.
When you have taken your mould you must understand that you have to send it back to us at your own expense via a courier service such as Royal Mail or Evri. It is very easy to do so and affordable.
In rare cases your grillz may be loose depending on what type of tooth you decide to get it on. If this is the case you will have to apply Poligrip to ensure grip on your tooth.
If your dental impression isn't accurate and we are unable to work with it, you will have to purchase a new mould kit. Your gum line must be captured. Watch an impression guide video if necessary.
If your mould kit has already been dispatched, your order has started and you are not eligible to cancel your order and get a refund.
